Rachel Boyle, MA, LMFT

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or unsatisfied in your life or relationships? Do you wonder what a healthy relationship looks like or feel disconnected from your body due to changes like anxiety, depression, irritability, brain fog, or low libido? These feelings can impact every area of your life—work, family, and personal well-being—because as humans, we are wired for connection. I understand how these struggles affect you, and I take a comprehensive approach, focusing on your physical, mental, and emotional health to help you feel like yourself again.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I help you heal from painful life events—past or present—that contribute to anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and relationship difficulties. With my specialized training in women's sexual health, I can help you rediscover joy, intimacy, and connection in your life. Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, or complex relationship dynamics, I’m here to support you.

I hold a Master's Degree in Couple's & Family Therapy and specialize in sex therapy, women's sexual health, and relationship issues, and am a member of the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH). I'm also trauma-informed, trained in EMDR I & II, Parts & Memory Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. These approaches go beyond talk therapy, offering deeper healing and more effective results.

Within you lies the strength to overcome obstacles, the courage to face challenges, and the resilience to thrive and experience joy.
