About Me

I’m Rachel Boyle, a licensed therapist specializing in sex therapy, relationships, and women’s sexual health. With advanced trauma training in EMDR (Levels I & II), Parts & Memory Therapy (Levels I & II), and Polyvagal Theory, I help clients heal from past experiences that contribute to anxiety, relationship struggles, intimacy and emotional disconnection.

As a sex therapist, I have specialized training through ISSWSH (International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health) and AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists). I provide expert care for concerns like low libido, painful sex, intimacy challenges, and sexual confidence. Additionally, I have specialized training in sexual health for perimenopause and menopause, helping women navigate changes in desire, arousal, and intimacy with evidence-based strategies.

I also have training in Narcissistic Abuse and Recovery, supporting clients in rebuilding self-trust and healing from toxic relationship patterns.

I offer in-person therapy in Bellingham, WA, and virtual therapy in Nevada. My approach is grounded in the latest research and evidence-based techniques, ensuring compassionate, effective support tailored to your unique needs.
